How much is postage?
- Postage is flat rate of $8.90 no matter how much is in your cart!

Can I visit your store?
- I do not currently have a physical store, we are online only. But follow us on social media for pop ups!

Do prices include GST?
- Absolutely. All prices include GST. We supply to many businesses who need GST listed separately, you will find this on your invoice.

How long until you ship my order?
- Generally orders are processed within 1 business day and shipped off. Many of our customers are reporting orders arriving within 24 hours! We ship through Australia Post, so general Australia Post timeframes apply

If I select Express shipping will my order be processed first?
- I post every day, and orders are generally posted the same day they are ordered, however I do tend to pack express orders to get them to you as fast as possible.

Why are our products sold at set lengths instead of by the meter?
- In order to keep prices as low as possible certain items are precut lengths. This allows an assembly line style packing to save time (don’t forget I’m currently studying full time!) If you purchase 2 items of something lets say 3m of ribbon, you will receive 2 x 3m of ribbon. On odd occasions I will be able to send them as a continuous length. But this should not be relied on as I cut and roll almost everything when it arrives. Shout out to my wonderful Nana who handrolls everything for you all!

Bulk rolls – please be aware bulk rolls can contain joins, this is considered normal for bulk rolls so please take this into account when ordering.

Returns or exchanges – please contact me within 7 days to organize returns and refunds. Returns for change of mind are accepted provided the items are still in good condition. Buyer is responsible for return postage cost.
